About Us

San Diego Capital Collaborative (SDCC) is a non-profit community investment corporation founded by the San Diego City-County Reinvestment Task Force in 2003. It was created to be a financial intermediary for private and public capital investment in San Diego's low and moderate income communities. SDCC facilitates private and public capital investment for the development of workforce housing, commercial, and mixed use projects in San Diego County's urban markets. SDCC is committed to a socially responsible investment strategy of promoting economically and socially sustainable communities while simultaneously producing competitive returns for its investors and partners.
