Increase the social and economic viability of San Diego's urban neighborhoods by establishing a new industry standard for socially responsible investment of private capital in low and moderate income communities.

We create a self sustaining "Family of Private Investment Funds" targeting San Diego's low and moderate income communities as evidence that strategic capital investment in these emerging but underserved markets can profitably transform these communities. Our investment strategy to promote economically and socially sustainable communities while simultaneously producing reasonable market rate returns for our investors and partners is a model for other regional and national replication projects.
Our Funds will provide capital to facilitate development within the low and moderate income communities which, through our collaborative efforts with the community, government and private sector, will be consistent with and implement neighborhood and community revitalization plans.
