The foundation of our Community Investment Initiative is our Outreach and Network Component. The goal of this component is to establish a strong community network and develop a base line of community specific data which can be utilized to strategically facilitate private and public capital investment in each community. Specific investment strategies for the production of affordable housing, workforce housing, jobs, and entrepreneurial opportunity within each community are developed during this component.
